Nutritionists – Sam Silvester has a wealth of knowledge about nutrition and gut health.  We have run a few workshops together now and I recommend her wholeheartedly.


Youtube videos: This is a somatic movement sequence called the ‘daily cat stretch’.  I often do something like this at the beginning of our restorative yoga sessions This is a 15 minutes CARS (controlled articular rotations) sequence.  It’s a great video that gets all your joints moving

Amelia Freer – has some wonderful books with delicious, healthy recipes.

Food to Make the Soul Smile – Anna Fidler.  This is from Eliane in Hungerford, a great place where we sometimes go after our Wednesday morning yoga class and they offer the most delicious lunches.  I can never leave empty handed 😉

Nourish – Amber Rose – this book has lots of recipes for cakes, biscuits and bakes that are all free from refined sugar.  Many of the recipes are also gluten free.
