The practice encourages an understanding of the physical body, and through movement, conscious breathing and observation, we discover the subtleties of our true nature
Yoga is a holistic practice that can benefit us physically, mentally as well as emotionally. A regular yoga practice can:
- Increase flexibility and balance
- help to tone and strengthen muscles
- Improve breathing
- help to decrease stress and reduce anxiety
- Help to improve quality of sleep
- Increase your emotional strength and self awareness
Spring Term Dates 2020
Join us for the Spring term of yoga where we shall focus on the changing seasons of winter to spring. The classes will include yoga flows, breathing techniques and relaxation that will help you stay strong, healthy, calm and balanced. Classes are suitable for newcomers to yoga as well as those who have been been practising for a long time. Beth offers variations throughout the classes and everyone is encouraged to listen to their body and work at their own pace.

Class Fees: 12 week course = £108
All classes are payable per term in advance. You can pay via BACS to Mrs B Trotter 20-05-00 30679410 or we accept card payments, cash or cheques (payable to Beth Trotter).
Missed Classes – If you enrol for a course of classes and you miss a class, you are very welcome to make up your missed lesson at another class within the current term.
Concessions – If you are 65 or over there is a £5 discount on the full course fee. Please use the discount code BENDY65 when booking.
Drop-In Rate – £12 There is the option to come along to class on a drop-in basis (space permitting). Please check with Beth first to see that there is space as some classes get busy.
One to One Lessons: If you would like to have a private yoga lesson in the comfort of your own home or would like a lesson with a couple of friends please contact Beth for more details.
