We need our yoga now more than ever to maintain our calm, focus and find inner strength during these incredibly challenging times as we move through unchartered waters.  Over the next weeks I will share practices that will help reduce stress, fear and anxiety.  Through conscious breathwork you will be see how it is possible to settle your mind and you should find ease in your muscles.

All  classes are being run through an online platform / app called Zoom.  You need to sign up to www.zoom.us in order to join the classes from your own home.  This is completely free.

If you are enrolled on the spring term course –  please message me stating which class/es you’d like to join.  You can text 07790 015762  or email beth@beyoga.co.uk.  Please include your email address so I can send you a Zoom link to the class an hour beforehand.

Pay as you go – Classes are at a reduced rate of £8 each but if you are struggling financially please drop me an email beth@beyoga.co.uk as I don’t want anyone to miss out on their yoga.

When joining a Zoom class: 

It is very important that you join the call WITH AUDIO so that I can hear you and you can hear me.  I will be able to mute and unmute you all at the start and then the end of the class.  If you accidentally join without audio, just close out of Zoom and rejoin selecting audio.

Put your phone on Do Not Disturb, or airplane mode (with wifi enabled) if using your phone

The LINK/INVITE for your class will be EMAILED to you an hour before your class.  Please log in at least 15 minutes before the class starts to familiarise yourself with Zoom.  If you get stuck please text me 07790 015762 as I will see your message straight away.
