Come and join me for a very special Day Retreat filled with movement, nourishment, and natural beauty at Stockcross Village Hall.
I’m thrilled to be running this day with Erika, founder of So Pure Organics in Wantage. When I visited her shop, I immediately fell in love with her beautifully crafted, natural products - and now I can’t wait for you to experience them too.

A creative start to the afternoon follows:

An afternoon workshop with Erika. Learn how to create aromatic all purpose balms (for body, lips and face) & essential oil pulse point rollers using pure, organic botanicals.

Deeply restorative yoga session to close the day, incorporating self-massage with Erika's warm essential oil massage candles - leaving you relaxed, nurtured and glowing... from the inside out!
