Wake Up and Yoga

How do you like the sound of some short sessions of yoga to start your day?  Regular yoga practice has been scientifically proven to help reduce stress and tension.  Each morning I will share a variety of yoga practices that will ease the body as well as help you to focus your mind ready for the day ahead.  April classes start on *Monday 1st and include 13 classes plus 1 x 60 minute BONUS class:

  • Yin yoga class on Monday 22nd April - 6.45 - 7.45 pm

Choose from two booking options:

1) Monthly Rolling Subscription £32: Never miss your yoga again when you subscribe. You can cancel anytime. 

2) Pay As You Go £35: Need a little more flexibility? Simply sign up month by month as it suits. 

*Please note that the first class on 1st April will be pre-recorded as I will away without Wifi

  • Join me ‘live’:

    As a member you will be invited to join me via Zoom for 30 minutes of yoga from 7.45 – 8.15am three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) for a whole month!

  • Can’t make the times?:

    No problem! You can catch up with the classes whenever you like, as the replays will be available on the Group Recordings page

  • Each Week Includes:

    3 x 30 minutes morning Yoga from 7.45 – 8.15 am (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) –

    April classes run from 1st to 29th and includes 1 x BONUS 60 minute Yin yoga class

  • BONUS Extra Classes:

    As a member in April you will receive a Zoom invitation to the following online class (replay available):

    • Yin yoga on Monday 24th April from 6.45 - 7.45 pm
