Monthly Online Membership – ON ZOOM
How do you like the sound of some short sessions of yoga to start your day? Yoga is an effective way to reduce stress and tension. Each morning I will share yoga practices that will ease the body as well as helping you to focus your mind ready for the day ahead.
- Join me ‘live’:
As a member you will be invited to join me via Zoom for 30 minutes of yoga from 7.45 – 8.15am three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) for a whole month!
- Can’t make the times?:
No problem! You can catch up with the classes whenever you like, as the replays will be sent to you. You will also be sent a link to my web page which will have a library of all the classes in date order.
- Membership is just £32 a month:
On joining you will be sent an email with a Zoom link to the live classes, as well as a link to the Recordings library.
- Each Week Includes:
3 x 30 minutes morning Yoga from 7.45 – 8.15am (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) – 13 classes in total from Wednesday 1st June.
- Extra Classes Bonus:
As a member you will receive Zoom invites to the following classes (replay available):
- Gentle Hatha & Relaxation Class on Wednesday 15th June from 6.45 – 7.45 pm.
- Yin Yoga Class on Monday 27th June from 6.45 – 7.45 pm.

Each morning class will be different and I will be asking you for requests when theming my sequences so that they can be tailored to you.
